THE PRODUCTION:
The Bean is able to produce and to deliver variable quantities of every article which is present in the catalogue or realized according to the customers’ requests . This is a distinctive feature based on the fact that the firm has an organization which is half-way through industry and handcraft.
Every piece is checked, arranged and packed manually by skilled workmen. As a consequence, this procedure guarantees the absolute quality of goods. Nowadays the production forecasts the output of images by means of stamping of alloy zama which is firstly silverplated and galvanized, then burnished and finally protected through a transparent catalyzed varnish. After these images are assembled into different types of supports such as :: Plastic
Polyester resin
Plexiglas
Wood (walnut or ennobled MD )
Aluminium which could be anodized or fashioned through glazier’s diamond

PECULARITIES:
In addition to finished products the firm could provide separatly only the images in zama or different types of supports. In particular, it is specialized in the production of supports of aluminium. The aluminium could be both anodized and fashioned in different ways by means of glazier’s diamond . Both the supports which are present in the catalogue and others which could be requested by the customers could be produced. This is true also for the images of zama; in fact, new pictures could be realized by talented designers.
